After an update the soundcard of the hp wave 600 is not present enymore in the device manager also not configurable in windos 10

There are a lot of know issues with the latest Windows 10 release. I would see if the manufacture has updated drivers on their website. If all else fails, just roll back the updates. This will fix the problems until Microsoft fixes the problems with the latest release.
