Check the connection between the LCD and the wires coming out of the watch. The connections need to be completely in with the connector locked for the LCD to work.

If you are still having problems, you might want to check the rear of the LCD itself for any damage to the fragile flex cable. You may need a replacement screen for the watch to work.
