Why it has no power?

I have an ATV 3 and it has no power. There is no status light. There was a power glitch which could have affected the ATV. I did try another cable and outlet. Also, I have connected it my Mac and iTunes doesn’t see it.

Is the ATV dead?

No expert here on these units but you may want to check inside the unit for blown circuit protection component(s) like a fuse. Also if you are handy with a multimeter, access for doing voltage and continuity etc testing can be view at:
