JBL Go2 glitching with Bluetooth

So I had my JBL go 2 for around a year or so and last week when I wanted to play music bluetooth was glitching as !&&* like it was lagging like crazy can anyone help me with this problem?

Hi,

Have you tried pairing the speaker to a different BT audio source (different mobile phone perhaps if using a mobile phone as the BT audio source) to prove whether the problem is with the speaker or the original BT audio source device?

If the problem is with the original BT audio source what is the make and model number of the device?
