CD Player will not play CDs

I have a JVC PC-XC20 Portable CD Changer system. It no longer plays the discs? I can turn it on but all I get is a Spanish (Mexican Station). Can you suggest any solution? The problem does not appear serious as the station comes on loud and clear. Is there possibly a manual for repair on this problem?
