Why is my tv snowy white?
When I turn on tv menus are clear and visible but if if I try to watch a program the picture is snowy but I have program sound

Yes I have! I have also called tech support and they couldn't fix it from the back end. They could see a picture but I could not.

Hi,
Have you tried different inputs,e.g HDMI1 HDMI2 etc, input types e.g. HDMI, co-ax, AV etc, different signal sources e.g. dvd player?
This is just to narrow down where the problem may be
