I have booting issues on my phone; are there any fixes?

I have an LG K20+ that I bought a while back for $50, and recently, the DemiGod Crash handler has been appearing and has also given me the error that it will not boot because it is not trusted. If I jump into download mode and try to flash it, it will not detect it in LG Flash Tool. I am wondering if there is any way that I can fix my device?
