Hi,
An E5 error code indicates a keypad failure. The usual fix is to replace the keypad, if they’re still available for your model.
What is the model number of the microwave?
If you search online for (insert full model number) parts there should be links to suppliers of parts for the microwave and hopefully the keypad will be listed.

@Mieczyslaw Loroch
Please confirm that you're getting an E5 error message on your microwave?
Not all microwave ovens use the same error messages to mean the same things.
This answer on this page was for Kenmore models and not Samsung models
Your model only has error messages 1, 2, 3, & 4
