How do I remove the back panel

How do I remove the back panel? I have removed all of the screws, but along the top of the plastic cover, it seems to be clipped in. I don’t want to force it and break something. I’m trying to remove the cover that the main board is under.

@corecrash yes it’s a bit tricky and here are the RIGHT instructions for it. The previous once were for the 850C

I am also very confused.

@desertkiwi corrections made. Sorry the previous instructions were actually for the 850C. See if these instructions make sense to you. Good thing you commented otherwise I would have never known.

Once you have all the screws out from the back you want to wack the panel from the bottom towards the top of the tv. Essentially there are fixed screws that the back panel is resting on like a picture rests on a screw in the wall. So you want to push it up in the same plane as the tv panel. If you force the back away from the tv you will break those snaps. There are around 4 or 5 screws across the you inside the cover so it can take a lot of controlled force to knock the panel off the screws.

I still have difficulty to open it by this method. Do you have any video or picture instructions?

I had this problem too. Umair Khan is correct. You need to remove the screws and push the back panel upwards. It was quite hard and I didn’t want to break the panel, but it eventually worked. There are six screws at the top (pic below).

Make sure all the screws are removed. You also need to remove the power cable. I’ve never worked on this TV before but a lot of them share the same features. Maybe your TV is like this version: https://youtu.be/2WtDCYjp2kg

remove any screws you see, including the power cord. on the bottom, by both corners there are two plastic tabs. take a screwdriver and gently pry them out. (any screws!) will prevent it from "unlocking". The tabs will slide out about 1/2". Now swing the bottom out and lift up to unhook it from the top section.
