Maybe it’s a battery problem. You might want to check it if it can still supply the power needed. If not, you may consider replacing the battery?

The phone rings once and then stops ringing. Is this correct?
Is there anyone there if you answer it after the one ring or not?
Can you call out OK and if so is the line noisy?

My phone rings off after one ring no one there if they ring back it might take a few times before we can answer them We can ring them there is no noise when we do

Have you got access to a corded phone that you can plug into the phone line instead of the Panasonic just to check if the problem is in the Panasonic phone or whether it is connected to your phone service?
