No cell service after screen and battery replacement

I followed this guide and the battery replacement guide to repair my cracked screen and damaged battery, but after the repair everything works fine ; except the phone won’t reconnect to my cell service. I had my service transferred to a spare iPhone SE until I could repair my 8, but now it seems I can't use it anymore since my service won’t reconnect. Any help?
