I do not recommend baking the whole board. You are just trying to reflow the GPU. This guy does a good job of that:

Have you taken the logic board out yet? If not I would start off by doing that and then clean the dust buildup using a small soft paint brush to scrub the surfaces and then a can of can’ed air blowing way the debris from the case, fans & logic board.

Next I would remove the heat sinks do both the CPU & GPU cleaning off the old thermal paste and applying a fresh coat. More often than not this is all that’s needed.

Cooking your logic board wont really fix things. At best it will just buy you sometime.

As your GPU is part of the main board a hot air rework station would be the better approach if you have access to one.
