The March 2015 update of Apple's 13" MacBook Pro Retina Display, model A1502, features fifth-generation Intel Core i5 and i7 processors and introduces the Force Touch trackpad.

Newly replaced battery Design Capacity dropping quickly

I recently purchased the MacBook Pro 13" Retina (Early 2015) Battery / New / Fix Kit IF123-054-5 and everything went really well in the replacement process, Ifixit’s instructions were incredible and really easy to follow, really happy.

Battery was at 100% Design Capacity as soon as I turned it on and everything works really well so far, but a few days and 4 Cycles into my replacement battery’s life, Design Capacity has dropped to 97.6%, which I think is a bit quick but I don’t know any better.

Design Capacity according to Coconut Battery shows as 6559 mAh, Full Charge Capacity is 6402 mAh.

Is this normal or is it deteriorating quicker than it should?

Try recalibrating the battery. A few percentage points loss at the beginning has been pretty normal in my experience. Seldom do I see a battery at a full 100%.
