Battery charges intermittently when plugged in. Have to play around with the cord/plug to get it working. Not sure if the cord or the battery is the problem. It can be getting power then just stops showing the plug on the screen. Any help would be appreciated.

@suzanne178 this”play around with the cord/plug to get it working“ is a pretty good indication that it relates to a bad cable. Replace the cable and re-evaluate. If a new cable does not fix it then it is the charging port itself that will need to be replaced
