UMD drive switch failure: Easy or Difficult?

So I got a PSP 3001 from a garage sale not too long ago, and I realized it doesn't read UMDs. At first, I thought it was the UMD drive. I replaced the UMD drive with a known working UMD drive, and it still will not read UMDs.

I decided to look at the actual motherboard, and I found this:

The question here is if this would be as easy as replacing the UMD door switch? Or does it look like the motherboard is damaged?
