If it is the LCD panel it’ll be very tricky. Panels that size are almost impossible to get. If you are lucky enough to find a replacement it will most likely cost you more than a new TV. You would have to remove the back from your TV and check the label on the LCD itself. Use the model number on the actual LCD to do an online search for a replacement. Check sites like Craigslist, Ebay and other auction sites as well.

Have you taken a look at the back of the panel? Lines where there was physical impact sounds like the panel may be slightly cracked. Usually you can see this better from the back.
