Screen Only Working Upon Restart

So a couple weeks ago I shattered my phone and have been having weird issues happening since. I’ve had a vertical purple line appear but it has gone away. The next issue that started happening was the screen would whenever I would get a notification. Now my screen only seems to work if I click the power button over and over and get luckily. And now today it seems like that doesn’t work anymore and I need to restart my phone each time I want to turn on the screen. I have been planning on replacing the screen, but I don’t know if this is still screen related at this time. Thank you in advanced.
