After Hard reset Gboard only showing Microphone Sign

After i Hard reseted my rooted phone when i try to log into google or enter a Wifi Password which is something I must do to gain access to my phone it’s just showing me a microphone sign and i can’t use the keyboard to type

I can’t change the keyboard of course because it’s a hard reset which isn’t giving me access to any setting or anything, what could be the cause and does that mean that my phone’s a goner ?
