car rpm up and down

i have opel corsa type c 2003 one liter when i drive that car on moterway upto 60 miles its start missing and rpm up and down and maintainhence sign come on meter but after few minutes its normal and maintainhence sign still display on meter until i turn off the engine i showed to my mechanic he check the codes with computer and it showed that there is misfire in cylinder 3 we change the coil but have still same problem when i restart the car its start normal and maintainhence sign disappear after few minutes
