Disable Maximum power saving mode without touching the screen

I broke the screen on my device and am unable to touch anything (can see everything fine). I had maximum power saving enabled before I broke the screen and I am now not able to disable it so that I can use a usb otg to use the device for now. I was wondering if there were any adb commands or someway to disable maximum power saving.
