I also have the same problem. I tried to contact ASUS but they never replied, $@$*!& service. I eventually gave up and went to a Samsung. That really !#^&@@ me off because I liked the ASUS. Because of the NO contact from them I will never go back to ASUS I am currently using a Samsung Note20 Ultra (very good phone) and ne of the last to have a expandable memory slot.
