My headphones aren’t charging and keep cutting out.

My Studio 2 Wireless are not charging and the LED lights above it aren’t even coming on. I keep getting this electrical sound then it cuts off completely. So I changed my battery on the right side with a new one but it still didn’t fix the problem. My LED lights still aren’t coming on so I tried resetting them; still didn’t work. I thinking maybe I need a new charging port or something is wrong with the wiring. Any tips?

It sounds like the pins of the charging port have ripped pads on the charge port circuit
