My phone wont turn on
My ZTE ZMax won’t turn on when i do the power button and volume up button it blinks on then back off

If the phone blinks and then turns back off when you press the power button, then your battery may be depleted. Try charging your battery; and if that doesn’t help, the battery may need to be replaced.

It only turns on when it is on the charger
If it only turns on when it is on the charger, then the battery is almost certainly to blame because it is likely not functioning. Over time, batteries lose their ability to hold a charge and they need to be replaced. Try swapping out the battery for a new one to see if that helps.
