My car fails to start

My car does not start. I checked the spark plugs and there is no spark.

What can be the problem?

@donaldmogale what year? what engine? Does it crank over? Besides spark plugs etc. what have you checked?

Could be a bad alternator. Just replaced mine, 102k miles.
