Half of display showing static after battery replacement

Just finished a battery replacement of my Google Pixel XL and now half of the display is showing white and grey “Static” but still is touch responsive and working. I checked that the display worked after I took off the screen, again after I took off the midplate, and a third time after replacing the battery. Then after I put the phone back together I tested one more time before applying the adhesive and suddenly the right half of the screen is no longer displaying correctly. I have taken it apart twice and rechecked all connections but cant seem to find any issue. I have already ordered a replacement screen and digitizer as I can’t have my phone down for work but wanted to see if there may be another solution.

New display is having the same issue now. I have completely taken apart eh phone multiple times but no fix. The screen still works but only half displays correctly still while the right half is "pixelated snow"

Maybe pry damage near the screen connector? Some little components may be knocked off around there causing that problem.
