Very faint ear speaker sound.
I have already changed the ear speaker with a replacement and still the same problem. Any ideas?

look at the back of screen, the hole where the earpice sits into, its probably full of dirt, clean it out with tweezers until you can see daylight through the mesh.

Try cleaning the ends of the ribbon cables with a brush and be very careful.
