Why is the p1298 codes still on after changing fuse box

I have a 96 Honda accord and the p1298 code is still showing after I changed the fuse box under the hood. How can I fix this problem?

Rick King of course you replaced your original fuse box with a known good one. You also checked to make sure that this is not caused by a bad PCM. If so then check on here on where to go next. Lots of checks in between
