Swap logic board with iPad mini 2, doable?

I have an iPad mini 2 with a cracked lcd, not fun to look at. I also have an iPad mini 1 that a friend gave me. She is old and forgot all of her iCloud credentials. It was given to her by another friend, also old and nobody remembers any login info. So now it has an icloud activation lock. Will my iPad mini 2 logic board function properly in the iPad mini 1 or is it not compatible?

iPad mini 2 logic board does not fit in iPad mini housing, the screw holes for the board are in different spots.

Also battery connector is different rotation.
