Jared, not sure which OS you are using, I just used Win Xp and opened the file hosts at Windows/System32/drivers/etc with notepad. where it says Filenamw "*.txt" I changed it to "*.*" which shows me all the files. Now I click on "hosts" It opens it up and shows me all the line items. here I delete all the ones that show ""gs.apple.com" Once they are all deleted, I go to the file menu and select save as "hosts" Now, when notepad saves it, it automatically adds the ".TXT" extension. I close notepad, go to the "Windows/System32/drivers/etc" directory and right click on hosts.txt select rename and delete the ".txt" extension. Now the file is saved as the hosts file. Hope this will help Good Luck
