How to replace my thermal compound?

I’ve been searching for a way to access the CPU and GPU to replace the thermal compound on my laptop, but I haven’t seen anything that shows how, even on here. Does anyone know how to do this?

Here’s a link to the service manual for your laptop, taken from this webpage

Scroll to p.49 to view the necessary pre-requisite steps and then the procedure to remove / replace the heat sink assembly.

Once that is removed you can clean off and renew the thermal paste on the CPU/GPU etc.

You can also clean the fan at the same time ;-)
