My hp stream not starting up

My hp stream is basically stuck in a loop it starts up shows the hp logo then the screen goes black and then it turn off and then repeats does anyone know how to fix this I can’t even get in to it to restore it back to factory. Any recommendations? Has anyone else seen this problem before?

If you have Win 10 installed have you tried booting into safe mode and see if you can repair the OS from the menu options?

Try option #2 in the list.

If you get into the Windows Recovery Environment menus OK, go to Troubleshooting > Advanced > Startup repair

If you can’t get to the menus you may have to use a USB recovery disc (can be created from any known working Win 10 PC - needs 8GB USB flashdrive and takes about 40-60 minutes to create) and boot the laptop from it to see if you can repair or re-install the OS.

Can you get into BIOS OK?

If so, is the HDD being shown as being detected?
