Can I put a precision M2400 motherboard in my latitude E6400

last year I got this laptop from someone over time I have dissasembled and upgraded it.

But now whenever I try to use it to play video or old games like M&B warband it gets way too hot, but I was looking for cooling upgrades when I came across this thread I think it says you can upgrade a latitude E6400 motherboard with a precision M2400 motherboard, so that I can put In a Q9000 and have a Quadro FX 370M

so my question is , will it work?

the precision m2400 said it was a twin of the e6400 latitude
