My phone shuts off randomly even with full charge. It will just shut off and then won’t turn on unless I smack it really hard. And then will only stay on if it is charging. But the second I unplug it, it turns off. It just happened all of a sudden with no warning.

Sounds like you would need to change the battery . I’d suggest you try that and let me know

Just try new battery and if that wont work you need to download a new firmware then wipe the phone.
