Do what I did... after mine popped up Warning Screen: "Sorry, your Keurig coffee maker appears to have a problem. Unplug it and call 1-800-...buy another brand next time" message. Call and find out it'll cost more for you to send it in, have it analyzed, repaired and returned than buying a new one. So I threw the POS out, took a hammer to it and am using Instant Coffee now that is far better than the expensive junk in Keurig K-cups!
