can you help to give suggestion to repair HP Elite X2 1012 traveling keyboard?

indication is, when i plug in the keyboard then the keyboard backlight will blink

I've tried the procedure of turning off the device then pressed the power button for 30 sec , attached the keyboard but it did not work.
