The Polaroid OneStep 2 was released in 2017 and is an instant camera that provides the photos you take to your hands in just a few moments.

film won't eject after taking a picture

My camera is fully charged but won’t eject film once I try to take a picture. Now when I turn it on, not all 8 lights are on even though they all should be since it’s fully loaded with a new pack. Instead, from left to right only the 1st, 3rd, 6th, and 8th light is lit. What is going on?

I have this problem too, and the only solution I’ve found really is to get the camera repaired. However, can’t find anything on Polaroid’s website or anywhere else about what to do or how I can get my camera repaired. Customer support isn’t helpful. This is the only post I’ve found; I thought I was alone!
