Touch and Pen Settings Problem

Device: ASUS Ultrabook TAICHI 21.

Initially my device was working just fine (touch and pen both were working). My younger brother had it for 2 weeks.

Now when I have it back, tablet mode is only supporting pen.

Touch is not working.
