Is parts of yoga pro 3 compatible with yoga 900?

I have a Lenovo yoga 900 with a damaged hinge that connect the screen to the lower body . I was wondering if i buy a yoga pro 3 body which is very cheap and easy to get; can i switch all the internal components of yoga 900 to yoga pro 3’s body ?
