Based on your responses in this thread, I suspect a DVI-I (male) to DVI-D(Female) may do the trick, the adapter itself is ~$3 online

indeed i believe so too
If your monitors support HDMI, maybe just keep the connection of DVI to HDMI.
Good luck!

well thats the thing i have no hdmi monitors only 15pin vga and dvi
Does the machine have VGA? Because if so, you can use that connection.
my desktop ony has 9 pin vga and dvi
ok, so i looked the optiplex has a dvi-i port but the dvi cable and the dvi to hdmi boh are dvi-d

Hi @fegelein3290 ,
What is the make and model number of the monitor?
What resolutions does it support?
Have you tried a different DVI cable?

Do you know for sure the monitor works? Have you tried switching inputs on the monitor?

Are you using the same DVI cable among the 3 monitors as well as the TV? What pin style is the DVI cable you are using vs the pin style on your Optiplex vs the DVI pin style of the TV?
