Hi, Makayla! We will be adding in a replacement guide for the battery within the next couple of days. Although the video that Trevor posted (which we even used for reference while making this guide) successfully removes the battery, it does so with a metal spudger. This is a HUGE safety concern as the metal can puncture the lithium ion battery and can cause it to leak electrolyte fluid and make the battery go into thermal runaway (which can cause fires!). The battery is rather difficult to get up since it uses industrial grade adhesive on the back of it, but with the right amount of heat, you can soften the adhesive without raising a safety risk.
