How do I replace the middle frame on the touch screen?

I bought a replacement glass and digitizer for an iPad and it did not come with the middle frame. How would I go about taking the old frame off of the broken glass and placing it on the new glass?

You certainly have your work cut out for you. Getting the front glass off of the frame is quite a chore, but lucky for you, we do have a guide for such a process.

NOTE: This guide doesn't show up in search results because we don't want to cause any confusion between front glass (which we don't sell) and front glass assembly (which is a much easier repair).
