T priv 3 not turning on

Hello my T-priv 3 kit worked fine yesterday but i took the batteries out and put them in after a minute or so and the mod dosent turn on no screen no flashing lights no nothing.

so i got inside the mod everything seemed fine i did something i dont know what and it started working again but as soon as i took out the batteries its not working again
