1 How do I replace the charging port on this phone.
My phone won't charge unless I finagle the cord and all USB type c cords are loose

You would need to open the phone itself to diagnose what is the cause of the loose connection. Could be failed solder on the board, could be the house for the USB plug is loose, giving you a loose connection.
