My unit turns off immediately after hitting the power button
My keyboard turns on only for one second and immediately shuts off.

Are you powering the keyboard with batteries or the power adapter?
If using the power adapter, disconnect the adapter and try inserting the batteries and check if it stays on.
If using batteries try using a compatible power adapter and check if it stays on.

Mine does this. Any solution?
You didn't say whether it worked using batteries or adapter or not so I can't answer yet
It does this whether I use batteries or adapter. It comes on but immediately turns off
