Jbl link 10 turns off itself. And it’s not pairing

I just bought my speaker today! I wanted to reset it to factory settings so I read on the internet and tried to reset it by trying different combinations of buttons on the device. And now it turns off itself! I’m not able to pair it ! The Bluetooth button is not working! Please help ne
