Can you elaborate on “run the lcd behind”. Are you talking about the glass is touching the LCD and you can see what looks like pockets of air or there is visible pressure on the LCD when you press it?
If so, these are caused sometimes by a few factors. Sometimes screen suppliers sell glass that is too thick or too thin depending on the quality which can cause these types of issues. Also, if the foam gasket that is around the LCD is missing and the replacement digitizer doesnt have the foam gasket, then the buffer that creates to slightly lift the digitizer off the LCD is not there, thus causing it to touch the LCD in places.
If this isnt causing any functional issues, such as ghost touching, then I would leave it alone unless it’s very obvious. Usually small defects such as small dust and the issue that I think you are explaining, arent noticeable enough for the customer to complain.
