Where to find an extended flex cable for Xperia S back camera?

Do flex cables and their connectors have some identifying labels? If so, what is the type of flex cable for the Xperia S back camera, as seen in this picture?

I simply need a cable that allows me to extend the back camera a few inches. I learned that these cable are called tester flex cables, but where can I find the exact type to work with Xperia S back camera? Thank you in advance.
