You cannot really repair Touch ID issues. The Home Button is paired to the logic board. If the HB is damaged it can be anywhere from “very difficult to repair” to “impossible to repair”. There is no circuitry on the logic board that can be replaced to make TouchID work again. The pair key is stored in a secure enclave in the CPU.

I'm sorry. The way of question was wrong. I recognize the touch id, but there is no response even if I click it, is there a problem with the connection in this case?
If the problem is with the "click" function, then check to see of the connection is good. Sometimes the connector can be damaged or the flex could be improperly inserted. The other possibility is that the flex cable was bent too sharply or kinked, which can damage the internal traces.
Has it been opened or worked on?
