Phone fell down, loop restarting, flashes a white screen

My Samsung J7 phone fell down with quite a force. It seems that it is constantly restarting(it vibrates for a moment) , then the screen goes white for a second. After that the procedure repeats it self. believe it is a severe problem of the motherboard? Help!
