do I need to change the drivers if I install new drive?

I’m waiting for delivery of my new 1st Gen Surface Studio (now heavily discounted!) and want to update the drive(s). If I remove the 128Gb drive - which I believe is an NVMe M.2 - with a 512GB NVMe M.2 do I need to change any of the drivers?

Many thanks

David Phillips

You will be able to replace your storage devices without needed to change any drivers. If you’re planning to change your storage device, remember to put a new operating system onto it, and to keep your files someplace safe so you can copy them onto the new drive.

Hope I was able to help! :)
